 You’ll cover the “mission critical” questions you need to ask before starting a new project. Whether the project is a new business, a new line of business for an existing organization, or a new product for an existing business, it is critical that the managers of the new project strategically evaluate the opportunity, the capabilities needed to be successful, and the risks and challenges to achieve success.
